Flexographic Printing Press
The flexographic printing press is a high-capability roll-fed system designed for multi-station printing, coating, drying, and inline finishing. It is configured to support both high-volume production and high-accuracy registration work across a wide range of substrate types and thicknesses.
Printing and Alignment System
The press is equipped with four independent impression roller stations, each with its own individual adjustment controls. This allows for precise print alignment and roller registration, particularly important for multi-colour work, coating passes, and repeat accuracy.
Drying Capacity
The press includes four independent dryer units, each operating separately. This supports consistent drying across multiple stations and allows production to be tuned based on ink type, coating, substrate weight, and line speed.
Inline Slitting and Waste Handling
The press has a built-in slitter, allowing material to be finished inline without secondary slitting equipment. It also includes integrated waste extraction, supporting clean operation and efficient removal of trim waste and offcuts during production.
Tension and Web Control

Hydraulic System
The press operates with a closed-loop hydraulic system, incorporating a 50-litre hydraulic tank and dedicated pump. This supports stable mechanical performance and consistent operation under load.
Roller Handling and Changeover
To support efficient and safe roller changeovers, the machine includes two independent electric hoists dedicated to the loading and unloading of impression print rollers. This improves speed, reduces manual handling risk, and supports repeatability when swapping job sets.
