We arevnot 100% sure as to the purpose of this item.
It is made from a heavy steel block approx 100x75x95mm.
It's had a rotating 50mm diameter 3-jaw chuck with 13mm inner bore.
Backside had a number rotating disk with handle that is not attached to the chuck.
